I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, which was fantastic. However, being on the lowest level made it a bit noisy and distorted the view. The service was top-notch, especially when I arrived early and needed to use the business center until my room was ready. The staff was very friendly and efficient, although I had to wait a while to resolve a billing issue. The location was convenient for accessing Virginia Tech, but it was a bit too bustling with teenagers. The dining experience looked wonderful, but unfortunately, I had other plans. In terms of facilities, everything seemed great.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was very clean, having a noisy air conditioning unit right next to the bed was quite a drawback. The hotel staff, however, were exceptionally accommodating and pleasant. The location is convenient but can get crowded at times, especially during busy events.

The room was very clean and had two queen beds and a sleep sofa. However, being next to the noisy air conditioning unit was a bit disruptive.

The staff went above and beyond to be extra nice to us and our doggies. They were excellent and very accommodating, especially when I arrived early and needed to use the business center.

The hotel is pet-friendly and centrally located downtown, with nice restaurant and bar areas. However, it can get a bit overrun by teenagers, and prices tend to increase during busy events.

The buffet-style dining experience, known as tailgate, was enjoyable and best as a room rate inclusion. The dishes were nice to take back to the room and accommodated our group comfortably.
